In September 2009 we cycled 825km across northern Spain from Roncevalles to Santiago de Compostela following the Camino Frances. Unfortunately our hire mountain bikes from Bikeiberia were in poor condition and not up to much off road riding, so most of the time we followed the Camino on the nearby road. It was a wonderful experience and the Spanish people are fantastic. Can’t wait to go back again with our own bikes.
